Neodymium( NdFeB )magnets are a combination of Neodymium (Nd), Iron (Fe), and Boron (B).
They are the strongest type of rare earth magnet commercially available and are manufactured in  wide range of shapes, sizes and grades.

 

 

 

1. Material

Neodymium magnet, also known as NdFeB magnet, is a tetragonal crystal system formed by Neodymium, iron and boron (Nd2Fe14B).

The tolerances of products can be controlled within 0.03mm or even more, small batch sample tolerances can be controlled within ±0.01mm, mass production can be controlled within ±0.02mm.

3. Coating / Plating

Neodymium magnet is mainly composed with Nd-Pr, if the magnet is not electroplated, it will rusted and corroded easily when the magnet is under moist air environment.
